I found this on another forum site guys good luck ... Bub GHere is the answer to your servo problems. I found this on the s-grid-
SERVO FAILURES:
We found that in several cases (but not all cases) that servos have
been failing b/c the servos were not shimmed correctly.
If the bottom of your servo sticks down farther than the servo tray
post your servo will fail sooner than later. Several 8ights are
having failures so check to make sure the are shimmed correctly.
Mine was not shimmed correctly and it cost me a Airtronics 94359.
Learn from my mistakes so you don't have to.
If the servo it riding on the chassis in stead of being suspended from
the radio tray you will have premature failures.
My Aitronics servos require the rubber gromits and 2 shim kits to have
it shimmed correctly for both the throttle and the steering servos.
Also you will need 8 4x40 x 3/4" for this setup.
As alway you must check endpoints.
This is not a buggy problem. The buggy rocks.
Lets all give this a try ....
