I found this Tamiya in a barn in george town and am having a hard time finding parts for it.
Anybody with some answers on where to get parts or why its different than the othe beetles would be well appreciated.

The beetle runs off of AA battaries and looks like it is a 14th scale or a 12th scale and on the side of the car it says 1989 tamiya.
